Thermo Reactive SealerTM (TRS) is a proprietary siliconate formulation – synergenically combined chemically reactive ingredients documented to form a cross-linked internal membrane barrier within porous surfaces such as concrete, brick and stone. This barrier will wear away only when the substrate itself wears away below the lowest penetration of the sealer – which can be 20 years or more under conditions of normal wear. Under certain conditions additional treatments may be required. Substrates properly sealed with TRS become stronger, more moisture repellent, more resistant to stains, and resistant to dusting.
